INFO & PRICES | illustrations for children

The price depends on what your wishes are:

• Illustrated character that represents the child: € 45,-
• Illustrated character that represents the child, in a typical 'picturebook' kind of setting: € 65,-
• Illustrations for a children's book: € 100,- per illustration.

This prices include:
- The hours I put into it (sketching, coloring, sending pictures for feedback, editing)
- The materials I use (Faber-Castell Polychromos, Derwent Inktense, watercolor, acrylics, ink etc.)
- The paper I use (minimum of 200 g/m² - 120 lb - Canson)
- Taxes
- The price of the children's book illustrations include the license fee for publication
* The prices do not include the original (physical) artwork, but a digitalized version.

Additional:

• The original (physical) artwork: € 20,- 
• 25 postcards with the illustration: € 35,-​
• A large poster of the illustration € 35,-

In a few days you will receive an email from me with what would be possible within your budget. If you agree, you will get an invoice for the first payment (50%). 
I will send you pictures of the process, so you can give feedback. This way the result will be exactly what you had in mind. 
You will receive a picture of the finished artwork, but with a watermark. When you are fully satisfied, you will receive an invoice for the other half of the payment before you will receive the digital and/or original version of the artwork/product without the watermark.
